Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, our returns policy makes it straightforward.
Returns (Change of Mind)
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them

In their original packaging, with tags attached

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returning Items:
All change-of-mind returns must be returned to us at your own cost to: Grove Group Scotland Ltd, 2 Bridge Street, Newbridge, Edinburgh, EH28 8SR
Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging. If damage occurs through inadequate packaging or handling, we may deduct the cost of repair from your refund.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

We will arrange collection at no cost to you.

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement, including all delivery charges.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used – including mattresses, pillows and mattress protectors (unless faulty).
We also cannot accept returns on:

Custom or made-to-order products

Gift cards
Sale items:

If purchased online, sale items are covered by the same 14-day return rights as full-price products.

If purchased in-store, change-of-mind returns on sale items are not accepted (unless faulty).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
