At Grove, we want as many people as possible to benefit from a good nights sleep. That's why we offer free delivery on all orders to any UK mainland address.

For Scottish post codes beginning DD, EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML, PH & TD, we provide a 2 person delivery service as standard, ensuring your order is delivered safely to your room of choice.

Our delivery teams are highly trained professionals and will take great care in handling your purchase. So sit back, relax, and let us do the heavy lifting.

Bedroom furniture and accessories may be delivered by courier or post and certain ranges will be delivered direct by the supplier.

Please note: Deliveries to IV and AB post codes are serviced by one of our delivery partners.

When will I get my order?

Standard Delivery

At Grove, we pride ourselves on delivering products in a timely manner. We understand that when you place an order, you want confirmation of when your new purchase will arrive. That is why we have a dedicated team of staff who work hard to process orders quickly and efficiently.

Once we have received your order, we will contact you within 2 working days to advise you of an estimated delivery date.

In most cases, we are able to deliver items within 5-10 days of receiving the order. However, if an item is out of stock or if there is a delay for any other reason, we will keep you updated and once all items are in our warehouse, we will then contact you to confirm the delivery date.

Our standard delivery service operates Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm and we are unable to guarantee morning or afternoon delivery slots. However, we'll do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Express Delivery

Looking for a more convenient delivery option? Our express delivery service is available throughout the UK for those times when you can't wait around for something.

We offer next day delivery for items in stock or you can choose a date that suits you. We deliver 7 days a week, from 8am to 9pm to your front door.

Delivery services vary depending on location. Just enter your postcode into the postcode checker on our website to see if Express Delivery is available in your area.

How do I know if my order is out for delivery?

One of the most common questions we get asked is 'How do I know if my order is out for delivery?' and it's a great question! We want to make sure you're kept in the loop as much as possible when it comes to your order. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the delivery date. Unfortunately, we can't give an exact time for delivery but we'll do our best to give you a rough estimate. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email notification confirming this. We hope this gives you a bit more peace of mind when placing your next order with us!

Assembly Service

For only £35.00 our dedicated team will be able to assemble your purchase for you. All you need to do is make sure you select the assembly service at checkout. Please note, this option is currently only available for Scottish post codes beginning DD, EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML, PH & TD only. Eco Collection Service

At Grove Bedding, we appreciate you have a busy lifestyle, so to help you out we offer a pick-up and drop-off your old mattress when you buy a new one. For £35 we will collect your old mattress and recycle it per Scottish recycling procedures, so you don’t have to worry. Please note, this option is for Scottish postcodes beginning DD, EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML, PH & TD only. What if I don't want to place my order online?

Here at Grove, we understand that not everyone is comfortable placing their order online. That's why we have staff available to take your order on the phone or in store.
