What size is a double mattress?

A standard double mattress measures 135cm x 190cm (4'6'' x 6'3''), which suits most bedrooms and couples. If you need more space, consider a king-size mattress, or for a smaller room, a small double mattress might be perfect.

What kind of double mattress do I need?

Side sleepers often prefer a soft mattress to cushion shoulders and hips, promoting healthy spine alignment and evenly supporting weight. Back and stomach sleepers usually benefit from a firm mattress for spinal support in these positions, especially if prone to aches and pains. Somewhere in the middle? Try a medium, soft-medium, or medium-firm mattress.

How do I care for my double mattress?

To keep your double mattress fresh and ensure its lifespan, rotate it every month for the first three months and then every 3–6 months after that. Use a mattress protector to guard against spills and dust. Regular care helps maintain its comfort and support for years of better sleep.
