Zip & Link Mattresses

Grove's zip and link mattresses offer a flexible sleeping solution designed to adapt to different bedroom setups. Ideal for couples who prefer different comfort levels, they can be used as a spacious king-size bed or separated into two singles. Our range of zip and link mattresses allows sleepers to adjust their setup without changing the comfort of the whole bed.

What is a zip and link mattress?

A zip and link mattress is a versatile bed solution that allows two separate mattresses to be zipped together to create one large bed, or unzipped into two individual beds. Each mattress can have its own firmness level, allowing couples to enjoy personalised comfort.

For example, one partner may be a side sleeper, preferring a medium soft or medium mattress for gentle pressure relief, while the other may sleep on their back and feel more comfortable on a medium firm mattress. With a zip and link mattress, each sleeper can have their preferred firmness while still sharing one bed. The two mattresses connect securely along their edges using a heavy-duty zip system, forming a seamless sleeping surface with no gaps.

What types of zip and link mattresses are available?

Grove offers a wide variety of zip and link mattresses to meet various sleeping needs. Our selection includes options in different firmness levels, including:

  • Soft medium: Gently cushioned, ideal for side sleepers or lighter sleepers who prefer a plush, pressure-relieving surface.

  • Medium: Balanced comfort and support, suitable for combination sleepers who change position throughout the night.

  • Medium firm: Slightly firmer for back sleepers or anyone who prefers extra support while maintaining some cushioning.

  • Firm: Provides strong, stable support, perfect for stomach sleepers or those who enjoy a more structured feel.

What size is right for me?

Our range includes king-size zip and link mattresses (150cm x 200cm or 5' x 6'6"), made from two small single mattresses. For an extra roomy night's sleep, we also have super king-size zip and link mattresses (180cm x 200cm or 6' x 6'6"), made from two single mattresses.
